Lunch at Gordon's

We had lunch at Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant in Waikiki. We sat outside facing the water when we saw a large barge carrying cargo (see above video).

Our lunch was awesome! I really enjoyed the Salmon Caesar Salad. We had ice tea instead of having their famous German beers. The restaurant is located in the Aloha Tower Marketplace:

Lunch and Shopping at Ala Moana Center

Yesterday, Gordie and I took a leisurely two mile walk to the Ala Moana Center for lunch and shopping. It use to be the largest mall in the US until Minneapolis opened the Mall of America. I felt like a kid at Disneyland. There were too many places to go and not enough time to see it all in one day.

We stopped for lunch at Genki Sushi. Then went to the Apple store and the Crocs store. I finally found the red pair of crocs I was looking for in my size. The best part, the shoes were on sale!

Lunch at Native Foods - Palm Desert, CA

This afternoon, hubby and I went to Native Foods for lunch, a vegetarian restaurant. We've been going there since we first became a vegan many years ago. Even though we're not vegetarians today, we still enjoy their organic food. I had the Tijuana Tacos while hubby tried the Portobello & Sausage Burger. Very tasty indeed! Watch the video.

Yesterday, my mom and I went to lunch and shopping at The Gardens on El Paseo in Palm Desert, CA. It's a beautiful outdoor mall surrounded by pretty gardens and art.

Lunch with Granddaughter

Yesterday, Gordie and I went to lunch with our 6 year old granddaughter, Ella. She ordered a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Apparently she didn't like the bread it came with so she licked the peanut butter & jelly off. I couldn't help laughing to myself because she reminded me of something I would have done at her age.

Watch the above video of me interviewing Ella about her lunch.
