We finally got to see and take some pictures of Forever Marilyn Sculpture last week. The 26' statue by artist Seward Johnson represents the most famous image of Marilyn Monroe from the film "The Seven Year itch."
Marilyn arrived recently in three pieces on a flatbed truck from her former home in Chicago. The unveiling ceremony was on May 24, 2012. The statue will be at the corner of Tahquitz Canyon Way and Palm Canyon Drive for a year.
