Potato Peeling Test
I received an e-mail from one of my friends who forwarded a YouTube - Dawn Wells Potato Peeling Video. She demonstrates a way to peel an Idaho potato without using a peeler. It looked easy enough so I thought I would try it out. Did it work? Check out my video and see for yourself!

Funny thing is that just before I saw your vidoe, I saw the Dawn Wells potato video from an email a friend sent to me. That email sure gets around. Maybe the higher altitude in Idaho makes the cooking time different. Or their ice is colder because Idaho is colder than Palm Desert. LOL. One thing in the two videos did match. You and Dawn both have lovely manicured nails. That is all that matters, anyway!
