Popcorn is one of my favorite snacks. Here's a quick and healthy way to make popcorn:

Use a 2 1/2 quart pot
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
1/3 Cup of popcorn
Salt to flavor

Put olive oil in pot and heat up to medium. Add two or three popcorn kernels in the oil and cover. Wait for it to pop for testing and then add the 1/3 cup of popcorn. Cover and shake pot to keep popcorn from burning. Remove from stove. Pour popcorn in a large bowl and sprinkle lightly with salt while still hot.

Don't worry about the taste of olive oil in the popcorn. The flavor of the olive oil is transparent and it actually enhances it. Almost taste like popcorn from the movie theaters. No kidding!!!

Correction: The video shows 1 Tbsp of oil, should be 3 Tbsp. Too much trouble to redo video, sorry.
