I saw a cottontail rabbit sitting on my mom's front lawn. Unfortunately I wasn't able to zoom in on the rabbit with my digital camera. When I played the video clip back, it was like watching a small ant on my computer screen. Can't wait to get my HD1 Xacti camcorder back, I got spoiled.
In Sun City, where my mom lives, there's a lot of wild rabbits there. Several months ago my mom found six baby bunnies in her flower pot outside her patio. She would watch each day through her dinning room window the mother feed her babies.
One morning my mom looked out the window and saw a stray cat eating the head off a baby bunny. My mom screamed at the cat until he ran away. My mother was so upset when she found only two bunnies left in the flower pot. So she put the remaining two babies in a shoe box and took them to The Living Desert.
It's a shame what that cat did to those poor little babies. Sometimes nature can be so cruel! Hopefully the two little bunnies survived and are back in the wild life.
