Yesterday, just around dusk I saw the crescent moon and Venus shining brightly in the sky. The moon and Venus were very close together (see above photo).
Venus is sometimes called the Morning Star Or the Evening Star because it shines the brightest right before sunrise or after sunset. It's also the closest planet to Earth.
