Sister's Chihuahua

My sister has a new puppy chihuahua, named Scout. They came to visit us over the weekend. It was Scout's first long trip to the desert. I got the feeling that Scout didn't like me because he kept growling at me. I wonder if he'll warm up to me if I give him a fresh cookie from Three Dog Bakery.
