Yesterday we went to the Tamale Festival in Indio. There were a variety of tamales to choose from. I almost tried the strawberry ones, but decided to get the pork. It was so good that I ate more than I normally would. I'm embarrassed to admit that I ate three tamales but so did my mother and husband.
