The wind was blowing so hard that even the fan (shown in the above video) was spinning without the use of electricity. Judging by the palm trees, it looks like hurricane season in Florida. Who would of guess that this wind is in the middle of a desert, in Palm Desert, California.

Wow--do you get winds like that often?
We usually get sand storms like this around April. Very unusual to have winds like this in June, however.
