My sister cooked a 28 pound turkey this Thanksgiving. It was so huge there was no room to put a rack under the turkey. That ended up being a big problem when they tried to transfer the turkey on to a platter without it falling apart.

Watch the video and see how they got the turkey out of the pan.

Original solution to the problem! The turkey I cook at Christmas each year is usually too big to use a rack too. I can't remember how we end up getting it out of the pan!
