The lake was emptied and the old liner was removed. Tractors are leveling the dirt before new liner is installed. The above video shows construction workers preparing and installing the new liner at the waterfall area. Tomorrow, installation of the liner at the other end of the lake will take place. I hope I can get up that early in the morning to film it.
