I use to brush my dog's hair everyday. He always looked well groomed. The moment he became a senior, he started nipping at me if I combed his whiskers. I had his teeth checked, but that doesn't seem to be the problem. So I just quit brushing his whiskers. Eventually his beard would get all matted each time he got a drink of water. I was so embarrassed to take Pumpkin to the groomer. He was looking pretty awful. When I picked him up, he didn't look like the same dog. Now I'm wondering....is this my dog? Watch the video.
