Everyone in our neighborhood will be getting a new tile roof. It's going to take at least a couple of years to get all of it completed. Most of the homes here were built around 1985 and is ready for a new facelift.
There have been severe leak damages on many of the roofs. We had ours recently repaired which was minor compared to the others. Ours will be replaced eventually.
So Jack & Diane, you'll have a new roof by the time you come back from vacation (see the video).
