Yesterday we enjoyed Mother's Day with my mom and grandfather. We had a wonderful lasagna dinner with eggplant. I have to admit, I didn't cook it from scratch. I had it already prepared from the store. Remember...I don't cook! However, I did turned the oven on at 375 to heat it up. It really doesn't matter how or who cooked it. All that matters is that the food taste good...right? LOL!
My mother had knee surgery several years ago. Now the other knee is going and she's having trouble walking. She's been wanting a walker with wheels and a seat on it. This way when she get's tired of walking she can rest on the built in chair. So for Mother's Day, my husband and I got her one.
