My dog, Pumpkin was only four days old when I took the above video clip of him at the breeders. It's hard to believe he's 13 years old now. Time sure travels fast!Previous to Pumpkin, I had a Pekinese named Sam who passed away at the age of 18. I swore I never get another dog again it hurt so bad. Two months later a friend talked me into getting another dog.
A lady at work was a breeder of Shih Tzus. Her female dog called Mia, had just given birth to only one puppy on Halloween. I immediatley fell in love with this little pup and called him Pumpkin. Six weeks later on Christmas Eve, we took him into our home.
At 13, Pumpkin is still a puppy to us. He's the love of our lives.
