Golf Darn Game!

I play golf every Tuesday morning with my regular foursome. Today we decided to play with the Golf Angel (see picture above). The rules are whoever gets the lowest golf score after 18 holes, gets to keep the Golf Angel. Then when we play the following Tuesday we would pass it on to the next new winner.

In addition to the Golf Angel, we played golf with poker chips. Each poker chip represents the golf shot that was made, one example: If I were to hit my ball in the sand trap, I would get a yellow poker chip that had the word "Sand" written on it. Sand, Trees, 3 putts, 7+ were all negatives; Birdies and Pars were the positives. The game kept us focus and was very entertaining.

At one point during the game, I think I had all the negative poker chips in my pocket. Actually, the Sand Poker Chip never left my pocket! At the end of the game, I had two negative poker chips left. I never once came close to winning the Golf Angel. Golf Darn Game!
