Yesterday afternoon I played golf with my friends at Desert Falls Country Club in Palm Desert, CA. The golf course features large greens and very deep sand bunkers. In addition, water hazards come into play on several holes. This course was rated one of the most difficult course in the Coachella Valley at one time, until some of the newer courses were built recently.
I ended up in a couple of sand traps and in the lake. I only lost one ball, would you believe! I still had a great time playing golf even though I didn't win the Golf Angel (yes, we played with the Golf Angel again). My friend won the Angel for the second time. I thought she played extremely well for such a difficult course.
It doesn't matter to me if I win or lose playing the game of golf, just as long as I'm having a good time being with my friends. Golf Darn Game!! LOL!
