Walk.Jog.Run Pedometer Tool

Walk.Jog.Run has a neat pedometer tool on the Internet for all those who love to walk, run or jog. It's a walking route planner that calculates the distance and speed using Google's maps. It's very easy to use. First you put in your zipcode to find your address. Then click on the map to set your starting point and keep clicking from point to point to draw your complete route.

I clicked on a route for Woodhaven and it calculated exactly 1.4 miles to walk completey around. Also the estimated speed time to walk 1.4 miles is 29 minutes. Of course, if you walk like my husband and my dog Pumpkin, it would take them at least an hour.

So the next time I plan a different location to walk, I will definitely use this awesome pedometer tool. Now the only other things I need is a pair of good walking shoes and a IPod and I'm good to go!
